About Us

At Connectionz, we understand that employment journeys are not always a straight line.

That’s why we take a wrap-around approach, walking alongside participants before, during, and after the program. Our workshops are delivered by a First Nations facilitator with lived experience, creating a safe space where participants can learn, yarn, and grow with confidence.

Our support doesn’t stop at the workshop. We provide ongoing guidance, including one-on-one follow-up sessions, practical resources, and continued support for both participants and providers.

By breaking things down and putting the pieces together, the program supports our people to grow into work in a way that respects culture, strengthens identity, and supports long-term success at work and in life.

We support First Nations people who have experienced involvement with alcohol and other drugs (AOD) and the justice system. We build mindset, practical skills, and pathways into sustainable employment

By walking alongside participants to overcome setbacks, stay connected, and build long-term, meaningful employment outcomes now and into the future

By combining culture, practical learning, and real-world preparation, we help people build strong foundations for long-term employment and a stronger future.
